My person-centered, strengths-based, holistic approach is helpful for trauma and PTSD; mental health issues such as depression and anxiety; grief and life transition stress. My approach also has been very helpful with clients who struggle in all types of relationships due to unhealthy patterns, co-dependency, and boundary struggles.
I believe anyone can benefit from therapy. Therapy is an opportunity to grow and heal and I am privileged to go on this journey with each and every client.
