At Rise, our person-centered, strengths-based, holistic approach is helpful for trauma and PTSD; mental health issues such as depression and anxiety; grief and life transition stress. Our approach also has been very helpful with clients who struggle in all types of relationships due to unhealthy patterns, co-dependency, and boundary struggles.
