My passion is to help people in all stages of life grow and heal with an emphasis on mind, body and soul and from a holistic integrative approach. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified integrative mental health professional and it is an absolute gift from the Lord to help people and be a part of their journey.  Since high school my dream was to be a counselor.  I attended undergraduate at Texas Christian University and Grand  Canyon University for graduate school.

I am married to my high school sweetheart for 27 years and we have four amazing children. I am a Christian and believe my relationship with Jesus is the foundation that leads and guides me in all of these roles.

I utilize a Christian worldview and am willing to incorporate any level you are comfortable with in therapy. Reaching out and starting therapy can be difficult and scary and my hope and prayer is for you to feel at peace from the moment we meet.  I specialize in helping client heal from trauma and anxiety and learn how to help the brain work for you and not against you.  I also work with various mental health issues and diagnoses and believe our work together will create positive change.

I am also proud to be certified in Integrative Mental Health which allows me to further help clients find and utilize holistic tools and integrate this in therapy.

She supports individuals (ages 15 and up) who are navigating grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or the impact of past abuse. She is trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach for healing from trauma and other distressing experiences. In addition to working with individuals, she is also passionate about supporting marriages and providing premarital counseling. Outside of counseling, Sarah enjoys time with her husband and their three daughters.
